Pousada Arte da Natureza takes gastronomy very seriously and offers guests options with the best ingredients and created by renowned chefs, from the delicious tropical breakfast, included in the rate, to à la carte options at the all-day pool bars and the Old West restaurant, open for dinner.

Tropical Breakfast

Quality cuisine very early in the morning! We offer a rich and delicious tropical breakfast, considered among the best in the entire region, which includes a wide variety of fruits, juices, breads, cakes, cold cuts, snacks, sausages, scrambled eggs and much more. Breakfast, free for guests at Pousada Arte da Natureza, is served in the lounge and deck of the Excellence Apartments wing.

Optionally, we offer a floating breakfast on a beautifully decorated tray, exclusive to those staying in the Superior Apartment with Private Pool. It is a service not included in the daily rate and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Breakfast is served daily in the lounge and deck of Pousada Arte da Natureza from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.

Pool Bars

Pousada Arte da Natureza has three beautiful outdoor pools, each with a wet bar and excellent dining options. A varied à la carte menu is served (not included in the daily rate) created by the renowned and award-winning Chef Marcílio Galeano, with drinks, snacks and snacks, surrounded by a large green area, palm trees, native fruit trees and flowers. Not to mention that, every now and then, we have the honor of being visited by beautiful toucans or macaws.

The pool bars, located in the Premium and Superior Apartments with Private Pool area, in the Excellence Apartments area and in the Deluxe Apartments area, are open daily from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.

Old West Restaurant

The Old West Restaurant, founded in Curitiba/PR in 1983 by the couple Eric Hilgenstieler and Graciela Ortega, proposes international cuisine within a “old west” theme. For more than a decade, the restaurant was led by Johann Peter Hilgenstieler, the couple’s youngest son, who, together with his wife and Chef Michelle Elias, reopened its doors in a new version at Pousada Arte da Natureza and features a menu prepared with great kindness. The selection, served à la carte (not included in the rate), mixes delicious filet mignon steaks, Mexican gastronomy options and special family recipes, prepared according to the customer’s preference and with exclusive options for starters, perfect to harmonize with the wine list and special beers.

The Old West Restaurant is located in the area of Premium and Superior Apartments with Private Pool and is open daily from 6:15 pm to 10:30 pm.
